Care about STEM or coding education? Come learn about the 2016 Congressional App Challenge, an initiative in which Members of Congress inspire students to code by hosting an app competition in the district. The 2016 Congressional App Challenge will run from July 18, 2016 to November 2, 2016.

At tomorrow’s information session, representatives from the Internet Education Foundation (IEF) will introduceinformation for the 2016 Challenge. A preliminary version of the Toolkit will be made available on the Congressional App Challenge website by the info session – so stay tuned! The info session will also be live streamed on Periscope, so staff in the district may also participate. Be sure to follow and check the Congressional App Challenge Twitter (@CongressionalAC). That’s where the link will be published once the info session starts.
